Jon from Von's Heating and Air came out to troubleshoot our system and did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. It's rare to find that level of honesty and care these days.
From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly polite and respectful of our home (immediately removed his shoes). Instead of rushing to recommend a massive, expensive replacement, Jon took the time to carefully troubleshoot the system and explain exactly what was wrong. Highly recommend asking for Jon to come out for diagnostic.
