My AC shut down on Friday and today (Monday) I have a brand new system fully installed. From the sales personnel/inspector to the installers, they afforded me a stress-free experience! Everyone was very presentable and patient in explaining their assessment, proposal, installation and how the new system will operate. I appreciate the respect for keeping my floor clean. The entire team was simply great and efficient. Wonderful customer service from start to finish. AND the price comparison from competitors for the same system was astonishing! They beat the competition on everything. We'll be using Von's at home, work and to refer to all our clients.
