After dealing with a different horrible company, our part being on backorder with no ETA, and not having AC for 30 days, we were done. Contacted Von's just to get some information, and they were so nice and informative, gave us the best pricing, that I made the decision to move forward and we ended up replacing our whole AC unit. In less than 24 hours my home was back to normal Aug 4, 2023

Came home from work at 9 p.m. and the AC wasn’t working. I called Von’s Heating and Air. They came out at 10 a.m. the next day. David checked my system and, sadly, the compressor was bad. Thankfully, Ernie and Brandon were able to come and replace my AC unit that afternoon. In less than 24 hours my home was back to normal. Highly recommend Von’s Heating and Air.

The A/C unit stopped working in our home and Vons sent someone to our house within 45 minutes. Tyler arrived at our house and ran diagnostics on our unit and determined the cause. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me on doing one thing or another. My unit was well past its life expectancy and unfortunately the better option was to replace the unit instead of taking a chance on a repair (parts had been discontinued for my unit for a number of years). I was not pressured one way or another in the decision, which I appreciated. Once I told Tyler I would be replacing the unit, he sent over a few estimates and a crew was out there the next morning at 8:00 a.m. and completed the install by noon. I had a brand-new A/C within 24 hours, which was crucial for this time of year. I highly recommend using Vons and their entire team, especially Tyler.

I was so worried about having to sleep with no A/C. Chris H. came out right on time and fixed the issue the same night. Update: I’ve had such a good experience with this company! My A/C went out again the following day. They got there within 45 min. Chris and Tyler tried to fix the problem; unfortunately, my A/C had reached its capacity and needed to be replaced. They assisted me with a credit from the day before and put it onto my new unit. Ernest came out and set me up the very next day with a new A/C. They’re great all around. I had a fantastic experience with Von's. I had 4 quotes from different AC companies for a full system replacement and new duct system. All of the other companies' prices came back about 25% higher and projected 5–8 days to get the job done. Von's got it done in a day! Tyler, the sales rep, also worked on the installation team along with 6 other guys to get it done. They were efficient and clean, and we had a great experience. Locally owned and operated is a bonus as well. I highly recommend their service.

Our AC system stopped working. We contacted Von's Heating and Air, and they responded on the same day. Based on the age and condition of our system, we decided that a replacement was necessary. Within 24 hours their service people were at our home and installed a new HVAC system. I need to add that their representative went back to their shop after it was decided we needed a new system and picked up a portable room air conditioner and returned to our home with it. He then contacted us that same evening to make sure the portable unit was working properly and that we were doing okay. The service people who installed the unit were very professional and respectful of our home and us. The promptness, quality of work, and professionalism were exceptional. We will definitely recommend Von's Heating and Air to family, friends, and anyone needing the services they offer.

John saved the day once again! We’ve had a tough time with our AC in the past year, and Von's has come through every time. Signing up for the family plan was also the best choice we’ve ever made, and it more than paid off tonight when our AC went out at bedtime while I’m 8 months pregnant. John got here so quickly and found the issue and repaired it within minutes. He let my little guy watch the whole thing and explained in detail what went wrong and how he repaired it. 10/10 recommend for every friendly tech we’ve ever had (shout out to Eddie and Tyler, too!) and the best pricing around.

That’ll do it.” My numbskull was running the AC even though it was broke, so the condenser was over temp. He rectified that too with a quickness. Got here at 4:28. Was gone by 4:46.
