Another superb install. Love my house, but the MBR didn’t cool like the rest of the house. I “pestered” Derek about ductless mini-splits and did exhaustive online research, then finally scrounged the funds to get one installed. Result: perfect whisper-quiet cooling/heating for the MBR/MBA. I’m thrilled with the work and result. I went with the Mitsubishi brand, although Von’s offered quotes from the Durastar line too with no sales pressure. Bonus: Wife is finally convinced it was a great idea, once she felt how cool the room was. My summers will never be the same. Quiet, non-intrusive, effective, professionally installed. 5-star win!

Mario came out to work on our mini split today. In no time at all he had us up and running. The AC was making weird noises, blowing warmer air, and the swing on the front wasn’t working. Called me right away after submitting an online inquiry about AC service for my mini split. Very professional and treated me like a human being instead of just another wallet to take from. Made arrangements within the time frame so that I could be there at the same time as the technician. Mario did a great job of getting right into the job and looking to make sure nothing was left unchecked. Ended up being low on Freon due to a loose connection. He retightened the connection and checked to make sure it was holding pressure. Stayed a little longer to make sure it wasn’t the only thing. Explained what he did and some other things I can do in the future in the event it’s the same issue or anything I’m able to do. Very reasonably priced and overall I’m satisfied! Thank you!!

We just had a mini-split installed, and clearly Von's wants happy customers. There were a couple of things that weren't initially done to my satisfaction, but Von's rapidly took care of all my concerns and more. They were extremely responsive (a rarity these days), so oversee your own project as you should with any contractor, and Von's will do what it takes to get the job done right and in a timely manner. The discount for veterans is great too and says a lot about the company. Von's will be my go-to HVAC contractor going forward.

Tanya answered. She listened to my concerns about getting a second opinion from Von's because of my intuition telling me something was not right over a recent visit from a company I have used for a long time.
This woman is special, and her confidence and loyalty to Von's Heating and Air left me no doubt about trusting my gut when something doesn't match up.
I called around 8:00 a.m. She offered me a same-day appointment between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
I accepted the appointment. Technician Pro Tyler arrived before 1 p.m. Checked and diagnosed my air handler, replaced a transformer, realigned some wire connections, and got air handler running.
Next, diagnosed condenser and found shorted connect switch. Realigned assortment of wires. The condenser came to life.
He operated like a surgeon. I watched in awe. He did what I trusted another company to provide. Trust, honesty, and knowledge and corrected my AC problems.
Not once mentioning that my problems required a complete new system to correct.
I am pleased beyond measure with the outcome Tanya initiated and Tyler provided. Von's services and parts costs were reduced because they offered a veterans discount. The total cost was very fair, and I have a 1-year warranty on each part installed.
My home is cooling, and I feel good about not accepting questionable motives when my intuition screamed Red Flag.

John saved the day once again! We’ve had a tough time with our AC in the past year, and Von's has come through every time. Signing up for the family plan was also the best choice we’ve ever made, and it more than paid off tonight when our AC went out at bedtime while I’m 8 months pregnant. Another company recommended a UV system for my home A/C due to a very small fungus on the inside lane of my A/C housing. Von A/C noted my home A/C system is in very good condition and did not recommend UV systems for my home A/C due to the condition of the interior of my A/C systems, A/C ducts, and a cost-benefit analysis would not support a UV system for my home A/C at this time. The technician and company as a whole are very knowledgeable. They don’t sell products/services that are not beneficial to customers.
