I have family from out of town and the AC went out. We called Von's and they were out within hours, where most could not come until Tuesday! Amazing company. Not only did they come out on a weekend, a holiday at that. Our AC decided what better gift on Father’s Day than a BRAND NEW unit. Everyone was very professional and polite from the service call, to the technician (Chris, I think), to Derek the GM, and to our two amazing techs, Ernie and Brandon, who are working hard to get the AC complete. After calling around to a few places this was by far the best value and the fastest turn around. Also a huge thank you to Derek for upgrading us when he discovered the model we had chosen was actually damaged instead of making us wait for that exact model to be reordered etc. We are so grateful for this company and will be recommending to all of the locals 😊

That’ll do it.” My numbskull was running the AC even though it was broke, so the condenser was over temp. He rectified that too with a quickness. Got here at 4:28. Was gone by 4:46. Highly recommend.
