I Will Call These People Back Anytime
Called in at 3:00, got an appointment between 4:00 and 6:00. Called back in at 6:00 when I hadn't heard anything, and the nice lady said she would call the tech and find out what had happened. She also said she would call the manager and he would call me back (never got that call). At 7:00 the tech (Josh, not the assigned tech but the on-call tech) shows up. I explained the symptoms; he did a quick check and knew what needed to be done. For $73.00 he fixed the wiring and tested the full system.
Best part: because I waited so long for a tech they waived the service charge, and the tech they sent knew what he was doing and answered my questions without talking down at me like so many service techs do. I will call these people back anytime I have a problem in the future.
