Can't Say Enough About Von's Service
Can't say enough about how great Von's service has been! This morning our relatively new Lennox system would not switch over to "heat." I should add, the A/C works like a champ and is saving us money already on the electric bill! Anyway, I called Von's and they said a technician would be out today. Terry arrived as scheduled, went to work immediately, explained the problem, and made the necessary repairs. Thanks again for being so customer oriented and providing such a quick response. Mario was a really friendly guy who found an earlier-than-planned time to come to our house and fix our heat, so instead of waiting until the 8–10 p.m. window, he came hours earlier. He reprogrammed my thermostat and checked the HVAC system in the back and did some rewiring, and I’m sure a bunch of other things way past my scope of knowledge. If I had to recommend one tech to come out, ask for Mario! He’s also a Marine vet (I’m an Army vet, but I won’t hold that against him). Good dude. 10/10 recommended.

John saved the day once again! We’ve had a tough time with our AC in the past year, and Von's has come through every time. Signing up for the family plan was also the best choice we’ve ever made, and it more than paid off tonight when our AC went out at bedtime while I’m 8 months pregnant. John got here so quickly and found the issue and repaired it within minutes. Another company recommended a UV system for my home A/C due to a very small fungus on the inside lane of my A/C housing. Von A/C noted my home A/C system is in very good condition and did not recommend UV systems for my home A/C due to the condition of the interior of my A/C systems, A/C ducts, and a cost-benefit analysis would not support a UV system for my home A/C at this time. The technician and company as a whole are very knowledgeable. They don’t sell products/services that are not beneficial to customers.
