Great company to work with. Terry offered several workable, economical solutions to my heating problem. He didn’t come in and say “new unit automatically.” We will try the most economical option and move on if it doesn’t work. Not only did he fix my heating system that short-circuited, but he was able to fix some wiring that was done incorrectly, allowing me to optimize my system and thermostat. Can't Say Enough About Von's Service
Can't say enough about how great Von's service has been! This morning our relatively new Lennox system would not switch over to "heat." I should add, the A/C works like a champ and is saving us money already on the electric bill! Anyway, I called Von's and they said a technician would be out today. Terry arrived as scheduled, went to work immediately, explained the problem, and made the necessary repairs. Thanks again for being so customer oriented and providing such a quick response. Terry deserves a raise!
